Cancer Survivors and Fatigue: A Vicious Circle?

Just heard Dr. Bernadine Pinto of Brown University talk about cancer survivorship, and something she said about the fatigue felt by many survivors struck me.

Although survivors who suffer fatigue often feel inclined to rest until feelings of tiredness go away, being active can often be more effective.
